4. Orders, Verification, and Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment Terms

  • Order Placement: When you place an order with Ziqo Shop, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, phone number, and shipping information, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
  • Payment Gateway: We currently support and accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method. Payment is due in cash to the delivery representative upon physical receipt of your shipment at the designated delivery address.
  • Order Verification: Our internal fulfillment team and third-party delivery partners reserve the right to contact you via phone (+1 (571) 571-5575) or email (info@ziqo.shop) to verify your order details, billing/shipping address, and availability prior to dispatching your merchandise.
  • Order Cancellation Rights: You possess the right to cancel your order free of any charges within 24 hours of initial placement. Cancellation requests must be sent directly to our support email or phone line. Once an order has entered transit, cancellations are no longer permitted, and standard return protocols must be followed upon receipt.

5. Shipping, Logistics, and Delivery Terms

  • Free Shipping: Ziqo Shop provides FREE shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no hidden delivery fees or shipping surcharges added at checkout.
  • Processing & Cutoff Times: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and official holidays). Our daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET); orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Carriers & Transit: Orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners. Estimated transit time is 4 to 6 business days, with a total estimated delivery time of 5 to 8 business days.
  • Tracking & Risk of Loss: Valid tracking information is provided for every order. Risk of loss or damage remains subject to applicable law and the terms of the applicable carrier and return policies.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • 30-Day Window: All returns and exchanges are governed strictly by our 30-Day Return and Refund Policy. You have 30 calendar days from the verified delivery date to request a return for unused items in their original packaging.
  • Free Return Shipping: Return shipping charges are completely FREE; customers incur zero out-of-pocket shipping costs for eligible returns.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are fully processed and credited back within 7 business days following the receipt, inspection, and verification of returned inventory at our facility.

7. User Comments, Feedback, and Submissions
